Chris led the development of this waterfront subdivision located on the St. Joseph River in Royalton Township, MI featuring 45 estate-sized lots for custom homes. He managed all aspects of the project including site plan design, local and state approvals, managing infrastructure construction, and lot sales. All the infrastructure for this project is complete and the sale of lots is just over halfway complete.
