Chris is a native of St. Joseph where he lives with his wife Amy and three sons. He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors degree in Employment Relations and a Masters degree in Labor Relations & Human Resources. After working several years in human resources positions in Ohio and Michigan, he decided to make a career change. In 2001, he turned his efforts to developing a family owned parcel on the St. Joseph River into a 61 home/116 boat slip community now known as Island Pointe Marina. Chris managed the Island Pointe Marina project from concept and approvals to construction management and sales. The project was a huge success, selling out ahead of projections. In 2004, Chris began construction on a 45 lot luxury home subdivision known as Fox Ridge Estates. Initial sales were strong, but with the downturn of the market many lots are still available for sale. Over the years he has expanded his knowledge and scope of service.
